SHIPPING
We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them — quick and easy! Please note that weekends, bank holidays, and national holidays might cause a slight delay.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Since our products are personal care essentials and move fast, cancellations after this window won’t be eligible for a refund.
If you paid via card, net banking, wallet, or any other online method, your refund will be processed back through the same mode. Just allow 7–10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.
